What must it be like to be able to say that? Most of can't, and maybe never will. Certainly everyone who contributed at home and abroad in the WWII generation can make that statement. We listen to it here from a combat soldier who took part in everything from parachuting into German occupied Holland to guarding Dachau concentration camp after it was liberated.
